AN AIR LODGE RIVER
Surrounded by the green of the reserve, right beside the stream they’re named after, our Air Lodge River tents are original latest generation glamping accommodations, whose fabrics and colours are inspired by those of the Earth. The furniture is designed to meet the functional and practical needs of families and groups of up to 4 members. Here are two double beds, a bathroom with shower, WC and hair-dryer, a cosy living room with Sat-TV and kitchenette and the veranda made of natural wood, equipped with table and chairs to enjoy the landscape to the fullest. The perfect starting point to reach the several attractions of our amazing region.
Please observe the following instructions:

You can light candles or mosquito coils on the veranda, on wooden stairs and on indoor and outdoor tables, but it is important that these are not placed directly on the wood to prevent them from leaving burn marks or melting. It is therefore advisable to always use a protective base such as a saucer or metal plate. In addition, candles and mosquito coils must always be guarded and must not be lit when nobody is on the veranda;

Barbecues may not be used on the veranda, but only in the green area adjacent to the accommodation, taking care not to damage the lawn and not to disturb neighbours, and always paying attention to the fire;

In order to facilitate the work of our staff, we ask that you do not move items from one accommodation to another or at least, if you do, that you return the equipment to the way you found it at the beginning of your stay;

It is forbidden to install hammocks or other hanging structures on the veranda, using the posts of the veranda or the surrounding trees as support;

Please note that smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.
STOVE TOP
In your Air Lodge River you will find a 2-zone induction cooktop.
To turn on:
- press on/off button;
- select the desired zone by pressing its symbol;
- select the desired power by pressing the + and - symbols.
In case LO appears on the display and no operation is possible, press and hold the lock symbol for 3 seconds, the safety function will be disabled and you will be able to use the cooktop again.
To turn off the cooktop:
- press the on/off key;
- if you wanted to turn off a single zone, select it and set the power to zero using the - button.
Remember not to use the zones at full power at the same time, especially if other devices are running (e.g., hair dryer).
To let the cooktop work, pots or pans must contain solids or liquids; you cannot operate the cooktop with empty pots or pans.
CLEANING-KIT
In your Air Lodge, you will find everything you need to ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of your stay. Inside, you will find:
• Mop and bucket, broom, dustpan, and a clothesline.
In addition, in all accommodations, the courtesy kit includes:
• A welcome kitchen kit, including a dishcloth, a microfiber cloth, a dish sponge, a dish soap bottle, and a garbage bag;
• A roll of toilet paper and two waste bags (one in the bathroom and one in the kitchen).
POWER SUPPLY
Your Air Lodge has power switches, albeit somewhat hidden!
To turn on the porch light, for example, there is a switch on the wooden pillar located to the left of the entrance.
To turn on the living room light, on the other hand, there is a switch with two buttons on the bottom right of the kitchenette: one button turns on the living room light, while the other turns on the light on the upstairs balcony.
Of course, the neon lights can be operated directly, but they will not work if the above switch is not on!
To avoid overloading the electrical system, we recommend that you do not use multiple electrical appliances at the same time, such as the kettle, hair dryer, induction cooktop, etc.
EQUIPMENT
In your Air Lodge River you will already find bed and bath linens, hair dryers, and coat hangers.
Please take the following into consideration:

in case something is broken, you can of course notify the Front Desk. However, please do NOT bring broken/damaged items to the Reception: it will be enough to leave them on the terrace, our staff will arrange for pickup and possible replacement/repair;

to facilitate the work of our staff, please do not exchange items from one accommodation to another or at least, if this happens, restore the equipment as you found it at the beginning of your stay.

SAFE
The Safe is located next to the double bed on the upper floor of your River Air Lodge.
On the front door are some illustrations showing the simple operation of the safe.
To set the combination:
1 - Close the door;
2 - Enter a 4-digit code of your choice and press ENTER;
3 - The audible signal will signify that the new code has been acquired.
To open and close after setting the combination:
1 - Enter the code of your choice;
2 - Press ENTER.
Caution:
1 - Do not forget your combination;
2 - When leaving, leave the safe open.
HOT WATER
The water heating system in our lodges is managed through a 45-liter boiler.
It will be necessary to keep in mind the capacity of the boiler itself in order to distribute the water evenly throughout the day so that continuous use does not cause any interruptions in the supply.
TELEVISION
Our TV system includes 75 channels in different languages.
Channels in Italian can be found from channel 62 onwards.
The channels listed are the only ones available, we kindly ask customers not to change their TV settings or search for other channels.
LINEN
The first supply of bed linen and towels is provided free of charge and is already available inside your accommodation when you arrive.
If you wish, you can request a complete change of linen or even just the replacement of only the sheets or towels.
To do so, you will only need to request it from Reception, which will charge the corresponding costs, charged as follows:

Change of single bed sheet + pillowcase € 5.00;

Change of double bed sheet + pillowcase € 8.00;

Change of towel kit (2 pieces) € 5.00.
A towel kit includes a shower towel and a face towel.
A new shower mat is also provided with the change of towels.
A change of sheets always includes a change of pillowcases.
Linen to be changed should be left on the veranda: our staff will collect it and leave the change inside the accommodation.
The bed linen change does not include bed making and covers only sheets, so not blankets or comforters.
