A MOBILHOME VILLAGE
The harmony of shape and plenty of space for the whole family: these are some of the reasons why mobilhome Village is currently our guests’ preferred accommodation here at Conca D’Oro Camping & Lodge. Children have their own bedroom right beside the double-bedroom! A living room with 32-inch satellite TV, air conditioning, heating and a fully equipped kitchen for your convivial moments. A large and well-designed mobilhome where to find freedom in nature also thanks to the spacious wooden veranda where to have dinner or relax while reading a good book: this will be the setting of your most beautiful moments.
Please observe the following instructions:

You can light candles or mosquito coils on the veranda, on wooden stairs and on indoor and outdoor tables, but it is important that these are not placed directly on the wood to prevent them from leaving burn marks or melting. It is therefore advisable to always use a protective base such as a saucer or metal plate. In addition, candles and mosquito coils must always be guarded and must not be lit when nobody is on the veranda;

The barbecue may not be used on the veranda, but only on the green area next to the accommodation, taking care not to damage the lawn, burn the fire or disturb the neighbours.

In order to facilitate the work of our staff, we ask that you do not move items from one accommodation to another or at least, if you do, that you return the equipment to the way you found it at the beginning of your stay;

It is forbidden to install hammocks or other hanging structures on the veranda, using the posts of the veranda or the surrounding trees as support;

Please note that smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.
STOVE TOP
In your Village mobilhome, from number 6 to 12, you will find a 3- or 4-zone induction hob, while from number 14 to 27 you will find a 2-zone induction hob.
To turn the induction hob on:
- press on/off button;
- select the desired zone by pressing its symbol;
- select the desired power by pressing the + and - symbols.
In case LO appears on the display and no operation is possible, press and hold the padlock symbol for 3 seconds, the safety function will be disabled and you will be able to use the cooktop again.
To turn the induction hob off:
- press the on/off button;
- if you wanted to turn off a single zone, select it and set the power to zero using the - button.
Remember not to use the zones at full power at the same time, especially if other devices are running (e.g., hair dryer, air conditioner).
In order for the induction cooktop to operate, pots or pans must contain solids or liquids; you cannot operate the cooktop with empty pots or pans.
AIR-CO/HEATING
In your Village mobilhome you will find an air conditioner in the living area which operates with the controls of a SAMSUNG or LG wall panel located at the entrance to the mobile home, on the wall immediately to the right.
The buttons on the wall control panel useful for basic operation of the system will be visible when the door is open, although the main functions will also be operable when the door is closed.
The functions of the buttons:

Turn on/off the air conditioner by pressing the button with the power symbol;

Use the MODE button to select either HEAT mode (SUN symbol) or AIR CONDITIONING mode (SNOW symbol);
-
Act on the vertical + and - button to set the temperature;
-
Press the button with a fan icon to adjust the power and speed of the fan;
-
Press the key below that of the fan to orient the direction of the baffle.
The other keys are not useful for the basic operation of the system.
In Village mobilhomes No. 14 and No. 26, however, a Daykin air conditioner is installed, which operates with a remote control, as follows:

Turn on/off the air conditioner by pressing the ON/OFF button;

Use the MODE button to select the HEATING mode (SUN symbol) or the AIR CONDITIONING mode (SNOW symbol);
-
Operate the arrows on the center TEMP button to set the temperature;
-
Press the FAN button to adjust the power and speed of the fan;
-
Use the SWING key to possibly orient the direction of the flap.
The other keys are not useful for the basic operation of the system.
In Village mobilhome No. 17, on the other hand, there is an air conditioner with a wall-mounted control panel of the brand Climoo in the living area, the functions of which are described below:
-
proceed to turn on/off with the ON/OFF button in the upper right corner;
-
by pressing the MODE button you can select the heating mode (SUN symbol) or air conditioning mode (SNOW SYMBOL);
-
using the center round slider will be possible to adjust the temperature (up/down arrows), fan intensity (right arrow) and deflector tilt (left arrow); of the same slider, the center button is the ENTER button, to confirm what is shown on the display.
The other keys are not useful for basic operation of the system.
In any case, operating from an energy-saving perspective please:
-
do not leave the air conditioning or heating on when you are not inside your accommodation;
-
make sure that doors and windows are closed when the air conditioner is running;
-
consider that the use of the air conditioner combined with that of other appliances, such as the hair dryer, kettle, etc., could result in overloading;
-
keep in mind that both space heating and cooling require a few minutes of set-up time before the system operates at the set mode.
CLEANING-KIT
In your mobilhome, you will find everything you need to ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of your stay.
Inside, you will find:
• Mop and bucket, broom, dustpan, and a clothesline.
For your mobilhome Village, along with the entrance key, the Reception will provide you with a square tube key2 to open a compartment located on the left side of the mobile home, where the aforementioned supplies are available.
In addition, in all accommodations, the courtesy kit includes:
• A welcome kitchen kit, including a dishcloth, a microfiber cloth, a dish sponge, a dish soap bottle, and a garbage bag.
• A roll of toilet paper and two waste bags (one in the bathroom and one in the kitchen).
POWER SUPPLY
The electrical panel, is available inside your mobilhome: in the plan below we will give you directions to locate it.
To avoid overloading the electrical system, we suggest not using several electrical devices such as the kettle, hair dryer, induction hob, air conditioner, etc. at the same time.
EQUIPMENT
In your Village mobilhome you will already find bed linen and towels, a hairdryer and clothes hangers.
Please take the following into consideration:

in case something is broken, you can of course notify the Front Desk. However, please do NOT bring broken/damaged items to the Reception: it will be enough to leave them on the terrace, our staff will arrange for pickup and possible replacement/repair;
-
to facilitate the work of our staff, please do not exchange items from one accommodation to another or at least, if this happens, restore the equipment as you found it at the beginning of your stay.

TELEVISION
Our TV system includes 75 channels in different languages.
Channels in Italian can be found from channel 62 onwards.
The channels listed are the only ones available, we kindly ask customers not to change their TV settings or search for other channels.
LINEN
The first supply of bed linen and towels is provided free of charge and will already be available inside your accommodation when you arrive.
If you wish, you can request a complete change of linen or replacement of only the sheets or towels.
To do so, simply make a request to the Front Desk, which will charge as follows:

Change of single bed sheets + pillowcase: €5.00;
-
Change of double bed sheet + pillowcase: € 8.00;
-
Change of towel kit (2 pieces): € 5.00.
A towel kit includes a shower towel and a face towel.
A new shower mat is also provided with the change of towels.
A change of sheets always includes a change of pillowcases.
Linens to be replaced should be left on the veranda: our staff will pick them up and leave the new linen inside the accommodation.
Note that the bedding change does not include bed making and only covers sheets, not blankets or comforters.
